My approach to treating patients is to be nice, do the right thing, and quickly fix problems. This has been my approach to medicine since I started private practice in 1994. That is why most of our patients find us through referrals by friends or family. I spend time listening to my patients and then customize the treatment for their particular condition.
I focus on the treatment of all growths of the skin including moles, cysts, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma. This specialization allows me to offer all methods of skin cancer treatment including radiation therapy and Mohs surgery. I select the best method of treatment depending on location, size and growth pattern of the cancer. I am the only Board-certified practicing dermatologist in OK who is also Fellowship trained and Board-certified in dermatopathology. This allows me to completely treat each cancer from diagnosis and biopsy through pathology and ultimate curative therapy (turnkey). I graduated from the University of Oklahoma Medical School in 1990 where I also completed my residency and fellowship training. I served on the faculty part-time 1995-2001.
